Level 4 focuses on Front Walkovers and Back Walkovers as well as the Front Handspring and Back Handspring.
*Must have: Back Bend, Rock Up and a Tick Tock on the floor. (1 hour)
In Level 5, we work on endurance and power. The goal is to master the Cartwheel Back Handspring, Back Walkover Back Handspring and the Round Off Back Handspring, as well as multiples! *Must have: Standing Back Handspring on the floor.
Level 6 focuses on Standing Back Tucks, Cartwheel Back Tuck, Back Handspring Back Tuck and Round off Back Handspring Back Tuck.

3 -Back Handsprings
Level 7 is our Power Tumbling Class. Whip Backs, Layouts and Twists as well as Front Tuck Step Outs are learned using body positions, drills and repetition. (1 hour)
